I wanted to try my macro lens again so I found a daffodil to photograph outside my house. I quite like the results!

Weekly Challenge: Monument

This week's challenge was to take a picture of something monumental. I decided to use some of my pictures from London, of Big Bed, because I wanted to get a different perspective of Big Ben other than the normal "tourist shot".

Tourist Trap

At the end of March, Martha and I went to London for a long weekend. We did a lot of book shopping and tons of walking. Here are just some pictures of us being tourists!

We also met a friend of mine, Sofie, and a friend of Martha's, Mei, at Earl's Court. We found the TARDIS before going to Forbidden Planet. It was great!

Flower Warning!

I'm currently in Belgium, visiting Karl. I met a friend from CS today and we went to the botanical garden in Leuven and I took a bunch of pictures of the flowers. The sun was shining and the sky was so blue and amazing! I really like these shots. Sorry for the really long post... It was hard to pick out my favorites.
